Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots (or other dried fruit)
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Steps

Grind all ingredients together in a food processor.
