Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots (or other dried fruit)
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
